We are excited to introduce our new website to the public! The new website was designed with dial-up users in mind and simplicity and ease of use.
With this new site, we are introducing a new method of signing up for our service and a new method of dealing with our company - http://support.netspectrum.ca. This new system will allow our customers to interface with all of our staff so that customers can get quicker responses and also have a service history when they call or e-mail.
The new service also includes a handy knowledge base which will have articles about common questions we get asked (For example, how to setup an e-mail account in Outlook 2007) and will also allow us to provide authorized downloads and links to programs which we endorse.
This new service has not previously been available to the public but will allow us to enhance our response times and streamline your experience when submitting a new request for service or for technical support.
