• Towers no longer accepting clients

    At Netspectrum, we strive to provide quality and equality with our service.
    This means that are always actively monitoring our network to see which areas we can improve on.
    Unfortunately, sometimes this means that to ensure quality and equality to all of our existing customers, we have to hold off on making new installations on certain towers due to loading issues or bandwidth issues.

    Currently, we are not accepting new customers on the following towers:
    - Pine Drive Tower (Callander Area)
    - Callander Tower (Callander Area)
    - *Powassan Tower (Powassan Area)
    - Stewart Bay Tower (South River Area)

    *Note: We are not accepting new installations for customers who cannot see the tower. Customers who have line of sight to the tower (on Ski Hill Road) may be eligible for our Business Class service which we are accepting connections on. Please contact us for details.
